She received her Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2016. She is currently the Professor of the School of Automation, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.

Prof. Wang has made original contributions in Distributed control and Finite-time control theory with engineering applications, which can be assessed by her publications (over 30 papers) in prestigious international journals, including IEEE T-AC, AUTOMATICA, IEEE T-NNLS, IEEE T-CYB, IEEE T-IE. She authored/co-authored 2 books in the field of finite-time control theory.
