Hu Youqiang, Associate Research Fellow of Chongqing University, China

He graduated from Chongqing University with a Bachelor Degree in Control theory and Control engineering in 1998, then he got a Master degree (2004) and a PhD (2010) in the same field from Chongqing University. Working in the School of Automation of Chongqing University since July 1998, he then took a position as a Research Associate in 2010. Dr. Hu is currently the Director of Domestic Cooperation Office and Alumni Work Office of Chongqing University. He was the chief or a member researcher in 10 research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China for young scholars, General Programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Programs of Chongqing Natural Science Foundation, Chongqing Postgraduate Education and Reform Projects and Enterprise Military Industry Projects. Being the author of 20 published academic papers in important domestic and international academic journals and conferences, he also authorized and applied for 3 national invention patents, and won both the first and second prizes once in Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award.
